  • The building has a shared “family room” on the ground level that can be used for social occasions, meetings, etc.
  • Entrance to the building is controlled by electronic keypad. Individual units have keyless touchpad entry.
  • By-laws and Master Deed are available upon request.
  • Number of units conveyed for owner occupied status: 28
  • Building type: Mid-rise (three stories, with shared garage on ground level and residences on second and third levels)
  • All units, common areas, and facilities are complete.
  • This project is not subject to future phasing.
