Here is some information about Downtown Place Condominiums:
- The building has 28 units (12 two-bedroom units and 16 one-bedroom units). (View floorplan)
- Each unit has at least one parking space in one of the two heated garages. Some units have two parking spaces.
- Each unit has a lockable storage cage in one of the garages.
- The building has a shared “family room” on the ground level that can be used for social occasions, meetings, etc.
- Entrance to the building is controlled by electronic keypad. Individual units have keyless touchpad entry.
- By-laws and Master Deed are available upon request.
- Number of units conveyed for owner occupied status: 28
- Building type: Mid-rise (three stories, with shared garage on ground level and residences on second and third levels)
- All units, common areas, and facilities are complete.
- This project is not subject to future phasing.
- There is no present litigation affecting this project.
- Control of Homeowners Association was turned over to unit owners in June 2008.
- The number of unit owners currently more than one month delinquent in dues or assessments is zero.
- No unit owner owns more than ten percent of the total units.
- Monthly association dues for each unit are $300.
- A move-in fee of $200 is due upon purchase.
- A multi-peril fire and extended hazard insurance policy is in effect for the association, with the association shown as “insured.”
- The amount of insurance is equal to 100% of the current replacement cost.
- Public liability insurance is in the association’s name.
- A fidelity bond for the association is in effect.
- No flood insurance is in force.
